Hamilton Sensei Training May 2017

May 18, 2017 by kogawabushidokai

Several Kogawa students were able to train with John Hamilton Sensei (http://www.sho-ha.com/ryu/) at the Shorin no Tora Dojo in Pittsburgh, PA. It was four days of excellent Sho-ha Shorin ryu Karate and Kobudo, and Itto Tenshin ryu Kenjutsu. The day’s lessons were focused on body mechanics, application, attention to detail, and mindfulness of self and opponent. The camaraderie with the Sho-ha students was exceptional and greatly appreciated. We recommend, if the opportunity arises, anyone in any style would benefit from training with Mr. Hamilton.

Kogawa Bushido Kai is looking forward to Mr. Hamilton’s annual seminar at the Kogawa Dojo in October 2017.
