July 8, 2014 by kogawabushidokai

Hosted by Bill Price, a summer camp was held in southwest Virgina in August 1974. Following that Shogo Kuniba set out visiting various SKKU-USA Dojo for one to two weeks each. From the camp, he came to my home in Chesapeake, VA, where we conducted a clinic at Old Dominion University.

Old Dominion University

This was the home of my ODU Karate Club from1971-77. We left VA, he wnet to NC to meet and train with Butch Velez, an ardent follower of Goshin Budo.
