Mr. Jordan shared his knowledge with all who trained Saturday, 2/21/12. He taught a Chinto Kata he learned from Shogo Kuniba, Soke. The Kata was similar to Shuri Chinto (Gunkaku) in pattern and several movement sequences, but overall its strategy was more practical. There were no static tsurudachi, nekoashidachi, or kibadachi. The primary stances were (han) zenkutsudachi, renoji, and kokutsudachi. The bunkai Kyoshi Jordan shared was direct and immediate in application.
All in attendance enjoyed the lesson and conversation afterwards at a local restaurant.
We hope to train with Kyoshi Jordan again soon.
