Training will be kata and bunkai from one or more of the following: Naihanchi, Wanshu, Seisan, Jion, Sanchin.
Lunch from 1pm to 2pm (included): assorted meats, fruits, vegetables, breads, and drinks
Evening Dinner (not included) 6:30pm until, at one of our fine local eating establishments – to be announced – casual attire
OCTOBER 16TH 2011 – 9am to 10:30am
Training on the 16th will be question and answer from training on the 15th.
$75 – per person – 14 years old & up – all styles and ranks welcome
