Motobu Sayings #3

March 26, 2011 by kogawabushidokai

3. Meoto-di (Literally, “husband and wife hands” this term refers to the proper use of both hands in both kamae and technique.)  is an important principle of karate that cannot be neglected. Those who study kenpo should keep this principle in their daily lives – such as when pouring sake, holding a bowl or chopsticks, etc. – and strive to master it through their own training.
